Changed your mind?
If you choose to cancel an order and would like a refund please Contact Me in the first instance, stating your reason for cancellation.Once I have received your request, and if you are eligible for a cancellation, then we will contact you to process your cancellation.
Eligibility: If your business has NOT been promoted as agreed (for example: You request website visitors from the UK but only get a majority of website visitors from other countries) then the following process will be followed:
- I will refund any spent Micro-Tasks back to your balance so that it can be reused on other Micro-Tasks.
- If the same happens again (i.e your business is not promoted as agreed) then you may contact me and I will issue a direct refund back to your original payment method.
If your business has been promoted as agreed then unfortunately no refunds will be issued for any used or unused Micro-Tasks.
